Nicholas Tucker - chairman

Joined the Company in 1989 as tenancy manager. Appointed to the board in 1994 and appointed as managing director in 2002, a position he held until 2007 when he was appointed as chairman.

Graham Crocker - managing director

Joined the Company in 1974 working in the accounts office. Promoted through the ranks to the position of group accountant and to company secretary in 1989. Appointed to the board in 1991 as finance director and appointed as managing director in 2007. Continues to have overall responsibility for the Company's financial affairs.

Rodney Glanville - estate director

Initially worked for the Company from 1966 - 1973 then rejoined in 1981 working in the accounts office reaching the position of group accountant. Appointed to the board in 2003 and also appointed as company secretary in 2007. Has overall responsibility for the development of the Company's estate of public houses.

Terry Wheatley - trade director

Joined the Company in 2000 as tenancy manager. Appointed to the board in 2003 and has overall responsibility for the operation of the Company's tenanted estate. Previous positions have included area operations manager for Greenalls and Scottish & Newcastle and public house management for Devenish.

William Tucker - senior non-executive director

First appointed to the board in 1955 and was managing director 1970 - 1992. Appointed as chairman in 1974, a position he held (in a non-executive capacity from 1994) until stepping down in April 2007. Has a wealth of experience in the industry spanning six decades.

Katherine Susannah Pease-Watkin - non-executive director

Appointed to the board 1st July 2009.

Thomas Duncan - non-executive director

Appointed to the board in 2004. Is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and currently working as an area estate manager for Cornwall County Council. He was previously working as a real estate project manager for the Provincial Government of British Colombia. Prior to this he had over fifteen years experience working in the UK commercial property market.
