We are looking for a Tenant for this well maintained, good old fashioned pub which is situated in Bovey Tracy just outside Newton Abbot in Devon. It has an excellent location being on the doorstep of the Dartmoor National Park, 20 minutes drive from the coast and with a large selection of family attractions in the local area.The pub is a community local with Pool and Darts in the main bar area. It has a Bar, lounge and outside there is a Sun Lounge that leads into a garden area. This is a completely wet led community local with room for further development. The pub offers family accomodation with five bedrooms.
