The Full Quart - 2nd/Grill Chef
We are looking for a 2nd/Grill Chef to work at The Full Quart in Hewish, Weston Super Mare.You will be required to work 40 hours over 5 out of 7days, mainly on straight shifts with the occasional split.Working in a team of 6 on busy days you can expect to do up to 300 covers. The ideal person will have their Food Hygiene Certificate and be confident enough to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef.Other duties will involve some ordering and stock control for which training can be provided you will also need to be happy to rotate between the different areas ie Grill, Carvery etc.
The Full Quart is a family orientated destination pub with a 110 seater restaurant, large childrens play area, garden and car park.You would be working with a branded menu as well as homemade specials and a carvery.
