We are looking for a Tenant for this well maintained, good old fashioned pub which is situated in Bovey Tracy just outside Newton Abbot in Devon. It has an excellent location being on the doorstep of the Dartmoor National Park, 20 minutes drive from the coast and with a large selection of family attractions in the local area. The pub is currently a completely wet led, small community local with a good following of Darts, Pool and other sports teams.The Kitchen area is not utilised at all and there is definitely the opportunity to do a food offering and develop the wet side further. The facilities at the pub include A lounge bar area, bar, darts Room, Kitchen and outside you will find a beer garden, smoking shelter and seperate Pool Room. Upstairs the pub offers family accomodation which includes four bedrooms.
The pub is part of CAMRA for quality of the Real Ales.
