We are looking for a Tenant for this charming and characterful thatched property situated in the heart of Heavitree in Exeter. The pub currently offers great pub grub and a good selection of real Ales to acompany. There is a small, pretty suntrap beer garden situated at the rear and parking close by. One bar services both the open plan area and the two cosy snug rooms. The pub is ideally located being on the main road of a very large residential area with excellent drive by , it is a great community local with the appearance that you would expect to find more in a rural village. The accomodation comprises of four bedrooms, sitting room, bathroom, office. The pub is performing well with still room for growth with an enthusiatic tenant to drive forward both the wet and food offerings, an absolute gem!
