ROCKING THE TEIGN...ON BOTH SIDES!

Once again the Ship Inn on Teignmouth’s ‘Back Beach’ rocked the River Teign with its August Bank Holiday music festival – 20 bands across four days delighted the crowds and the pub team even ordered the sun for the duration of the event. Well done to Mike and his team for yet another brilliant music festival that drew happy crowds from far and wide.

Not to be outdone, Tim on the other side of the river at the London Inn attracted a large crowd from both sides of the water when Teignmouth’s famous ‘The Shrine’ band performed on the pub’s patio for hundreds of happy music-lovers. To keep thirsty customers topped up the pub also operated an outside bar from a converted horsebox whilst Head Chef Sean and his team kept bellies full with delicious burgers and dogs courtesy of a very busy BBQ.

Well done to both pubs and both teams for pushing the boat out…on both sides of the river!
