Applications are invited from candidates with exemplary retail standards who can demonstrate a proven track record in excellent customer service, ideally gained in a hospitality or retail environment. Catering experience would be a distinct advantage.
The pub trades from an enviable position a few yards from both the sea and Exmouth Marina. Facilities include a well-appointed main bar, fully-equipped commercial kitchen and a first-floor function room complete with its own bar, customer toilets and a stunning view of the marina. Spacious private accommodation includes 3 bedrooms.
Initial ingoings will include a security deposit (three months’ rent), wet/dry stock and tenant’s inventory (subject to independent valuations).
Rent to be negotiated for the right candidate but likely to be in the region of £40k per annum.
