The Clifton Inn is very much a community pub that enjoys frequent visitors and guests from the neighbouring Leonardo Hotel (formally Jurys Inn) and Exeter University students. The student base locally is set to grow as the old Heavitree Police Station is converted into student accommodation.
Our present tenant has a bakery offering in the pub which changes function on a Sunday to host their well-known and popular Sunday Carvery.
