A former farmhouse, this 17th century Devon longhouse has everything you would expect from a quintessential Devon pub – wood beams, flagged floors, log fires, handpulled real ale, local cider and so much more.

Facilities include a well-appointed trade kitchen, two bars, a first-floor function room, ample storage, a delightful garden, a large customer car park and a smaller staff car park.

Due only to the retirement of our long-standing and successful licensee, the Court Farm presents a significant business opportunity for an equally experienced and successful operator. The business enjoys significant turnover split equally between wet and dry products; the food offer is based on high quality pub/restaurant meals focused on fresh, local ingredients with a variety of daily and seasonal specials complementing the excellent menu.

Heavitree Brewery tenancies benefit from a limited tie (draught beer and cider only), an extensive product list featuring numerous local and national brewers, no rent indexation, no business insurance recharges and full security of tenure. The majority of repairs are carried out at Heavitree’s expense utilising specialist contractors and an in-house maintenance team.
